1. Light Transmittance: PC board uses imported raw materials, which makes PC board excellent in anti-ultraviolet, lighting, and anti-fogging and yellowing. (After 10 years, the light loss of PC board is only 10%, while the loss rate of PVC is 15% and that of glass fiber is 12%-20%.
2. Light Weight: The weight of PC board is about half of that of glass of the same thickness, saving the cost of transportation, handling, installation and supporting frame.
3. Flame Retardant And Self-extinguishing: The ignition point of PC board is 580℃ and it will automatically extinguish after leaving the fire. It will not contribute to the spread of fire, nor will it produce toxic gases. It is a new green and environmentally friendly material.
4. Easy To Process And Install: PC board can be installed into an arch, a semicircular top or a round arch by cold bending on the construction site according to the design drawing.
5. Sound Insulation And Noise Reduction: PC board has obvious sound insulation effect and has better sound insulation than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is higher than that of glass.
6. Wide Temperature Adaptability Range: PC board has no obvious changes in physical properties within the temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃;
7. Strong Weather Resistance: PC board artificial aging test for 4000 hours, yellowing degree is 2, and the light transmittance reduction value is only 0.6%
