Ebb and Flow Grow Table (also known as Flood and Drain system) is a type of hydroponic system in which plants are grown with their roots submerged in a nutrient-rich solution for a period of time and then periodically drained, providing them with both water and oxygen in alternating cycles. This type of system is ideal for growing a variety of plants, particularly in controlled environments like greenhouses or indoor growing areas.
